🧚Extended (<500 Units Sold)
Included automatically with every purchase:
• Personal Use: Unlimited projects.
• Commercial Use: Permitted for up to 500 total units sold (physical or digital products).
Example:
• You may sell up to 500 products (e.g., greeting cards) that incorporate the clipart as part of a new, unique design. Beyond 500 sales, an Extended License is required.⬇️
🧚EXTENDED LICENSE ( >500 Units Sold)
For businesses exceeding 500 total sales of products using the clipart:
• Commercial Use: Sales of end products up to 10,000 units
CONDITIONS (this applies to standard and Extended Licenses)
• The clipart must be incorporated into a new design. Direct use “as is” or as standalone elements is not permitted.
• The clipart must be part of a new, unique design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text (e.g., invitations, posters, or party printables).
🚫 YOU CAN’T
• Incorporation into editable templates (e.g., Canva or PSD files) is NOT allowed.
• Designs may not be resold as part of clipart sets or bundles of any kind.
• You cannot resell or redistribute (giveaway or freebie) the original clipart “as is” or as standalone elements.
• You may not claim the Design as your own.
EXAMPLES OF USAGE
Invitations, scrapbooking, websites, blogs, wrapping paper, wall art, social media, cards, wedding invites, posters, logo design, sublimation, stickers and more.
HOW IT WORKS
• A separate Extended License must be purchased for each clipart set.
• Please include the name of the clipart set you are licensing in the “Note to Seller” box during purchase.
• No documents will be sent to you. The receipt of the purchase confirms the right of commercial use.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• If your sales exceed 10,000 units, please contact me for a custom licensing agreement to ensure appropriate terms for your business.
